As a Trainee Installer, you'll embark on a structured training program under the guidance of the entire team of highly experienced installers, learning to competently install our superior secondary glazing units. You will also enjoy continuous support from your line manager, our Head of Survey and Install, as well as our Operations Administration team. Your journey with us will commence in our factory, where you'll become familiar with our products before being placed with an Installation Team for immersive, on-the-job training. This hands-on experience, along with the completion of a Secondary Glazing NVQ, will provide you with a solid foundation for a rewarding career in installation. Key Responsibilities • Read and interpret installation files and construction drawings. • Safely load, secure, transport and unload the products, material and tools required for the job on to site, taking all necessary precautions to avoid damage. • Working in a construction site environment communicating with other construction trades and managing agents. • Install our product range to Industry and Company standards.
