Floor fitter

Floor Fitter required to work on tenanted and voided properties in Chesterfield. You will be laying down vinyl safety floors in bathrooms/wet rooms.

The Client

Our client is an award-winning sub-contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates nationwide.

The Role

Main duties are going into void and tenanted properties in Sheffield and installing vinyl safety floors in bathrooms and wet rooms. The floors will be safety and cap&cove.

The total hours are 37.5 per week, 8am - 4:00pm with a 30-minute break - Monday to Friday. The work is ongoing.

• Street Parking
• Work with a reputable social housing contractor who work on various schemes in the Yorkshire and Midlands region
• Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

• CSCS Card
• Previous experience as a Floor Fitter
• Social housing experience
• Own Van
• You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
