The Principal spends most of the year on the move, travelling for poker, business and pure enjoyment. He lives in the moment, changes plans on a whim, and thrives in a little chaos. He’s high-energy, thoughtful, and generous — and surrounded by a young, ambitious team who keep up and make it all happen. We're looking for a Private PA, someone with UHNW experience who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. You’ll be the third PA in an established team, joining existing support based in Europe. You’ll work both remotely and on the road. You’ll need to be unflappable, proactive, sharp, and emotionally intelligent, someone who thrives under pressure, keeps the wheels turning and doesn’t need their hand held. It’s a role for someone with grit, confidence and discretion who can make magic happen behind the scenes. The Role: Global Travel Management – From private jets to last-minute relocations, you’ll arrange seamless, fast-paced travel. Diary & Lifestyle Management – Juggle a calendar that changes hourly; book high-end restaurants, experiences, and appointments. Household Support – Liaise with a 9-person team in Dubai (chefs, housekeepers, etc.), ensure smooth day-to-day running of the villa. Event Planning – Organise private parties, VIP events, and curated experiences across the globe. S tyling & Shopping – Coordinate wardrobe logistics and personal shopping Business Support – Assist in managing entrepreneurial projects and ventures as needed. The Candidate: 1 year of relevant Private PA experience Confident, assertive, and discreet – you’re not afraid to speak up or push back when needed Excellent communicator with emotional intelligence and people skills Happy to travel extensively - this is not a 9–5 job Calm under pressure and thrives in ever-shifting environments
