Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 33 hrs per week (3 shifts) or 44 hrs per week (4 shifts) including alternate weekend working
Shifts: 8pm-8am

Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents during night hours
* Assist with personal care, mobility, and bedtime routines
* Support residents throughout the night, ensuring comfort and safety
* Respond promptly to any needs or emergencies
* Maintain accurate records and follow individual care plans
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a care setting (preferred but not essential)
* A kind, empathetic, and patient approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work alternate weekends and night shifts
* A genuine passion for supporting older people
