We’re seeking a Merchandiser (Maternity Cover) to lead the planning and trading of Non-Clothing departments.
Responsibilities
* Own and drive merchandising strategy to maximise sales and minimise risk.
* Collaborate with Buying Teams to build balanced, commercial ranges across all channels.
* Lead seasonal range sign-offs and present to senior stakeholders.
* Manage OTB, stock levels, and forecasting using tools like WSSI and Range Planner.
* Analyse trading performance, market trends, and promotional activity.
* Mentor and develop your Assistant Merchandiser and Merchandising Assistant.
What you’ll bring:
* Proven experience in merchandising, forecasting, and range planning.
* Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
* A collaborative spirit and ability to influence across departments.
* A proactive mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
