THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to join our leadership team at Le Monde. If you thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and love creating memorable guest experiences, this is your next step.
As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Deputy and General Managers to deliver excellence
across Le Monde, Shanghai and our event space. You’ll lead from the floor, support the team, and ensure
every guest enjoys outstanding service from start to finish.
You’ll take ownership of daily operations, inspire your team to perform at their best, and bring ideas that
help our venues continue to evolve. Whether you’re already an Assistant Manager or an experienced
Supervisor ready to step up, this is an opportunity to lead in one of Edinburgh’s most iconic hospitality
venues 
ABOUT YOU 
- Experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a premium hospitality or late-night environment.
- A natural leader who can motivate, mentor, and support your team. 
- Calm, confident, and great under pressure. 
- Commercially aware and passionate about driving performance. 
- Approachable, hands-on, and committed to delivering world-class hospitality
