This role focuses on shaping delivery models, strengthening governance, and overseeing commercial and procurement activity within a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic commercial leadership across a major digital programme
* Support delivery model assessment at programme and enterprise level
* Influence and challenge senior stakeholders (Director level and below)
* Ensure robust governance, assurance, and compliance
* Oversee end‑to‑end procurement activity
* Operate effectively in a high‑assurance, high‑visibility environment
Essential Experience
* Hands‑on HMT Green Book business cases
* Exposure to Public Accounts 2023
* Large‑scale public sector programme experience
* End‑to‑end commercial and procurement lifecycle knowledge
* Strong experience with CCS frameworks
* Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
