Job Description

The role of HR Advisor will off a variety to your day to day work including:

3. Writing and implementing policies across the employee life cycle
4. Leading on all aspects of investigations, including disciplinary, grievance, and capability
5. Manage a wide range of ER cases including absence, conduct, capability and grievance
6. Support the Head of People and Well-being with Employment Tribunal preparation
7. Lead and support mediation meetings to resolve conflict

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have ideally 2 +years experience within a similar role and be able to clearly demonstrate capabilities across the following areas;

8. Leading on disciplinary, grievance and capability hearings
9. Experience of coaching and advising at management level
10. A proven record of managing stakeholders
11. Experience of managing TUPE transfers

Furthermore, the ideal candidates will be CIPD Level 5 or be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of ACAS guidelines and employment legislation
