Dotfile is a SaaS startup born out of the startup studio eFounders (now Hexa) in late 2021. We have since become one of the fastest growing KYB player in Europe, serving customers in 8 countries, among which leading fintechs unicorns.
We recently raised an additional $6M from Seaya Capital, bringing our total funding to over $9M. Previous investors include Serena Capital, Kima Ventures, and top fintech operators. We are a team of 15, mostly based in Paris, with a passion for crafting great software blazingly fast and working hand in hand with our customers to find innovative solutions to their most important problems.
Overview
As Product Marketing Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of messaging, product launches, and sales enablement at Dotfile. Youll translate technical compliance and AI capabilities into clear positioning and high-performing sales assets that accelerate revenue. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, youll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure our narrative is consistent, credible, and rooted in customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Define and evolve core messaging, value propositions, and differentiation across ICPs and use cases. Translate compliance and AI concepts into clear, credible narratives
* Own end-to-end GTM for product launches including plans, timelines, cross-functional alignment, and launch assets (website copy, decks, FAQs, enablement materials)
* Create and maintain sales pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, competitive materials, and objection-handling resources. Build tight feedback loops with AEs/BDRs based on real calls and win/loss insights
* Lead customer interviews and "Spotlight" projects to capture outcomes, value, and proof. Coordinate production of case studies, testimonials, and customer videos
* Own website messaging and content narrative for product, solutions, and industry pages in collaboration with design/dev teams
* Shape storytelling for events, webinars, and campaigns that support pipeline and sales conversations
* Brief and coordinate freelancers for video, written case studies, and other content production
About you
* 3–5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with hands-on product marketing experience
* Experience working closely with Sales on mid-market/enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders
* Comfortable with technical products (fintech, compliance, data, AI, infrastructure preferred)
* Strong writer who can turn complexity into clarity without losing credibility
* Able to create and iterate basic visuals in Figma/Canva and brief designers effectively
* Structured, organised, high ownership and collaborative
* Can say "no" to fluffy marketing and ship work that performs
* FinTech/RegTech/compliance domain exposure (KYB, AML, fraud, risk) is a plus
