Electrical Lead Engineer – £49,000 – Blackheath
Location: Blackheath
Salary: £49,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday (Days) 8am-5pm
We are partnering with a well-established client who is seeking an experienced Electrical Lead Engineer to take a senior role in overseeing electrical operations across a large private site located in Blackheath. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team, manage PPMs, reactive maintenance, and ensure the smooth operation of all electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the electrical engineering team, providing guidance and support
* Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across all electrical systems
* Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety standards, and best practices
* Manage BMS (Building Management System) and Head End Controls for electrical systems
* Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements across the site
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
* Proven experience in a similar senior or lead role within building services or electrical maintenance
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
* Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, fault-finding, and preventative maintenance
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
