Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and experienced Cocktail Bar Manager to assist the Duty Management team in delivering exceptional service.
This role is full time, permanent contract with development training/qualifications and comes with fantastic progression opportunities.
Salary OTE - £45,000
Responsibilities
As a Cocktail Lounge Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cocktail bar, lounge and terrace, including managing staff, ensuring standard driven cocktail and bar service and maintaining a profitable and enjoyable environment. You will also be the creator of all Cocktail and Bar Menus, so mixology experience is a must, and work alongside the Executive Chef and Head Sommelier in cocktail food pairings. You will be responsible for managing margins and work within the Duty Management team in driving revenue.
