Job Title: SATs Intervention Teacher (KS2)

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and committed SATS Intervention Teacher to support our Year 6 pupils in preparation for their end-of-key-stage assessments. The successful candidate will work with small groups and individual students to boost attainment in English and Maths, with a particular focus on reading comprehension, SPaG, and arithmetic reasoning.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver targeted intervention sessions to close learning gaps in core subjects.
* Use data to identify pupils requiring additional support.
* Provide engaging, differentiated instruction to raise pupil confidence and achievement.
* Liaise with class teachers and the SENCO to monitor progress and adapt intervention plans as needed.
* Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant experience in KS2 intervention support.
* Proven experience raising attainment, ideally in SATs preparation.
* Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment framework.
* Ability to inspire and motivate pupils of varying abilities.
* Patience, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach.
