Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agile IT Project Manager to lead and deliver critical initiatives across the enterprise IT landscape — including infrastructure modernisation, enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, HRIS), and end-user experience programs.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience managing Agile technology transformations within an Agile project and product environment, combining solid Agile project management discipline with a deep understanding of regulated IT delivery and business enablement.
This role will work at the intersection of technology, compliance, and user experience, ensuring our enterprise systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with the digital strategy.
Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of Agile IT project management experience, ideally across enterprise applications (Customer-Facing Initiatives), Software Development Projects, Product Development, Infrastructure & IT Operations Projects, Data & Analytics Projects and digital workplace transformations.
* Demonstrated success leading Agile programs in regulated environments.
* Proven track record managing large-scale ERP, CRM, or enterprise platform implementations.
* Experience working with AgilePM, PMI, or hybrid delivery frameworks.
* Proficiency in vendor and stakeholder management across distributed global teams.
* AgilePM Practitioner, PMI-PMP, or PMI-ACP certification required.
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Preferred Skills
* Familiarity with cloud and SaaS environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Salesforce, SAP Cloud).
Agile Methodologies & Frameworks
* Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS
* Experience facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
* Proven ability to coach teams on Agile principles and practices
Project & Program Management
* Managing end-to-end delivery of IT projects within Agile environments
* Experience with backlog grooming, release planning, and roadmapping
* Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination
Technical Acumen
* Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
* Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
* Ability to translate technical requirements into business outcomes
Tools & Platforms
* Proficiency in Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps
* Experience with reporting and metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity tracking)
Change & Risk Management
* Experience managing organisational change in Agile transformations
* Identifying and mitigating project risks and dependencies
Certifications (Optional but Valuable)
* Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or PRINCE2 Agile
