I am looking for a BDM with lift industry experience/knowledge to join a growing northwest based Lift company.
As our Business Development Manager, you will:
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across the North West
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key decision-makers
• Conduct site visits and produce tailored proposals for service contracts and modernisation projects
• Lead negotiations and secure profitable, long-term agreements
• Manage your own pipeline and deliver consistent, sustainable growth
What You Bring
• Proven success in business development or technical sales
• Lift industry experience preferred (service, repair, or modernisation)
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand technical requirements and propose effective solutions
• Self-motivated, organised, and confident working remotely
• Full UK driving licence
