Key Responsibilities:
1. Draft legal documents and correspondence related to dispute resolution and litigation matters.
2. Assist with preparation of court bundles, witness statements, instructions to counsel, and other case materials.
3. Conduct legal research to support fee earners with case strategy and procedural requirements.
4. Liaise with clients, counsel, courts, and third parties in a professional and timely manner.
