No prior classroom experience is required—if you’ve worked with children in any setting, your skills are highly transferable.

The Role
* Support pupils in class on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
* Assist the teacher with lessons and classroom activities
* Help manage behaviour and keep pupils engaged
* Support children with additional needs where required
* Encourage confidence, independence, and positive social interaction
* Assist with general classroom organisation

* Sports coaching or team leadership
* Youth work or community settings
* Childcare, nursery work, or babysitting
* Psychology or education graduates/students

* Driving is beneficial but not essential
