This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic, technology‑driven gaming business, supporting a broad range of commercial and data protection matters across the organization.The ideal candidate will bring strong academic credentials, a UK solicitor qualification, and experience providing practical legal guidance in either an in‑house environment or private practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders while developing expertise in a fast‑paced and evolving business.What You’ll DoDraft, review, negotiate and interpret a wide variety of B2B contracts with customers and partners in the EMEA and APAC regions for commercial gaming customers including the sale of hardware, software systems and related products and services.Provide legal support to IGT’s cash collection team.Provide transactional drafting support and advice to Gaming sales operations team.Identify and advise internal clients on legal risks, mitigation, pre‑litigation disputes and resolving a wide variety of issues that arise in existing commercial relationships.Assist in the management of external legal counsel.Support other departments within the IGT Legal Team including Data Privacy and Subsidiary Maintenance.Contribute to global legal team projects and strategic objectives.What We’re Looking ForQualified Solicitor in the UKBachelor’s degree required; advanced legal degree preferredMinimum 5 years of professional work experience, including at least 2 years of relevant legal experienceStrong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contractsKnowledge of UK and/or EU data protection laws and regulationsAbility to effectively manage relationships with internal clients and stakeholdersStrong commercial acumen and ability to provide business‑focused legal guidanceExperience within a technology‑focused organization or gaming industry is a plusPrior in‑house legal experience preferredKeys to SuccessStrong attention to detail and sound legal judgmentAbility to balance legal risk with business objectivesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environmentCollaborative mindset and willingness to partner across teamsAdaptability and eagerness to learn within a growing legal functionCompensationFor this role, the starting compensation range is £45,541–£70,708 GBP, with flexibility to adjust higher or lower based on the full scope of qualifications.
