Our client is seeking a HRIS Manager to drive their HR IT projects. This role will be to lead initiatives and oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the HR Processes. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and HR analytics, including Time Management, Payroll and Employee Lifecycle. You must be a highly self-motivated professional with proven experience as a project lead, ready to take ownership and make a tangible impact on an organization. Key Responsibilities Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems (Successfactors, UKG, Concur), ensuring it meets the needs of the organization. Manage and optimize HR processes such as Time Management, Payroll, Employee lifecycle. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure the HRIS is integrated with other systems and processes. Provide training and support for HR colleagues. Ensure data quality and integrity in the HR systems. Generate reports, analyze KPIs and provide insights to support HR decision-making. Lead HRIS-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Stay updated on HRIS trends and best practices to continuously improve the system. Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in HR IT sector. Strong business knowledge of Time Management, Payroll. Experience with HRIS implementation and optimization. Knowledge of Successfactors related modules such Employee Central, Learning, Compensation, UKG Dimensions and People Analytics Excellent project management skills. PMP certification is a plus. Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of global team
