About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Talent Growth Partner to design, deliver, implement, and continuously improve learning solutions aligned with our business needs and a culture of continuous professional growth. You will coordinate a first-class learning and development experience by supporting technical practice areas, collaborating with strategic alliance partners, and engaging colleagues across the business.
Responsibilities
* Quarterly Learning Offering: coordinate a comprehensive L&D offering for core skills and behaviours, including live workshops and self-led programmes.
* Internal and External Programmes: coordinate blended core learning programmes for internal and client audiences.
* Digital and Online Learning: drive digital learning engagement via the learning experience platform (LXP) and external partners.
* CoPs, Events and Informal Learning: drive and measure social learning and knowledge sharing through internal Communities of Practice (CoPs), external events, and in-the-moment learning; support creation of self-sustaining collaborative learning solutions.
* Partner with SMEs to co-create and deliver engaging learning solutions; participate in project delivery with an understanding of timelines and deliverables.
* Enhance learning experiences through engaging methods and collaboration to troubleshoot best practices.
* Establish credibility with internal stakeholders and clearly communicate objectives and benefits of learning initiatives.
* Support learning communities in accessing resources and processes; work with Senior Talent Growth Partners to address company-wide L&D needs and provide relevant reporting.
* Understand stakeholder learning needs and align initiatives with organisational objectives; identify connections to business strategy.
* LMS/LXP and Data Management: manage the Learning Experience Platform to ensure optimal functionality and user engagement; generate and analyse reports to track progress and inform decisions; manage trainer pools; provide regular status updates.
* AI in Learning and Development: explore opportunities to integrate AI-powered tools to enhance learning experiences, personalise content, and optimise outcomes; stay informed on AI trends relevant to L&D.
Experience & Skills
* A keen interest and experience in L&D.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Foundational understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
* Experience in facilitation and delivering engaging learning experiences.
* Familiarity with learning and development tools and technologies.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to project objectives.
* Strong organisational and logistical skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.
* Continuous improvement mindset for scaling processes.
* Ability to analyse key data and feedback to inform decisions.
* Confidence in building relationships across all levels and backgrounds.
* Proven experience in LXP administration and reporting; experience in managing trainer relationships and coordination.
