We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in transforming and optimising business operations across a high-performance engineering environment. As Senior Business Analyst, you will lead the analysis, design, and optimisation of business processes and supporting systems across the organisation. Acting as the bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams, you will drive effective solutions across ERP, PLM, and wider business tools, ensuring alignment between operational needs and technical capability. Key Responsibilities Capture, analyse, and refine business requirements across all phases of the ERP lifecycle. Map business processes and translate them into effective system workflows and configurations. Support and optimise ERP systems (particularly Epicor) and associated business tools. Define functional data flows between ERP and external systems including PLM, MES, WMS, HR, and reporting platforms. Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPI-driven analytics. Own the full requirements lifecycle including elicitation, documentation, validation, and testing. Support integration design, data mapping, migration validation, and UAT activities. Translate complex product structures and legacy data into clear functional specifications. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions. Support user training, documentation, and adoption of new systems and processes. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across business systems and workflows. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Proven experience in Business Analysis within ERP/business systems environments. Strong functional knowledge of ERP and PLM systems, ideally Epicor. Experience with process mapping, workflow design, and requirements gathering. Understanding of integrations, APIs, data structures, and reporting frameworks. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to influence decision-making while balancing cost, value, and risk. Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain operations. Knowledge of BoM structures, MRP, inventory, and production planning processes.
