The ideal candidate would be someone with strong experience of overseeing flat roofing and cladding contracts who is also confident directly engaging with clients and key stakeholders. Role Overview Title: Senior Contracts Manager Location: Cambridge Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 Start: ASAP but willing to wait for notice periods Type: Permanent Responsibilities Overseeing between 5-10 contracts concurrently (Typical value of circa £5m) Liaising with Clients, Contractors and consultants Regular site visits to oversee progress Delivering works safely, on programme, and to budget Taking full commercial ownership from handover through to completion.
