Location: Grimsby Full-time Salary £36K - £40K + Bonus + Benefits

About the Role

As Account Director, you'll oversee a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring outstanding service delivery and long-term client satisfaction. You'll act as a strategic advisor, crafting bespoke recruitment strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating closely with our senior leadership team to shape the business's direction.This is a senior leadership role that combines client strategy, team leadership, business development, and operational excellence. You'll be empowered to make decisions, influence outcomes, and drive tangible impact-both for your clients and the business.

What You'll Be Doing
* Acting as the lead point of contact for high-value and strategic clients
* Designing and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
* Growing accounts through service expansion and client partnerships
* Leading and mentoring a high-performing recruitment delivery team
* Managing commercial performance and achieving revenue goals
* Advising clients on talent trends, employer branding, and workforce planning
* Ensuring compliance, quality, and operational efficiency
* Proven experience in recruitment account management or strategic client services
* A track record of leading key accounts and developing long-term partnerships
* Strong leadership skills and a collaborative, supportive management style
* Commercial acumen and experience managing revenue, margins, and performance
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
* A strategic mindset with the drive to innovate and improve
