Role Responsibilities
* QMS coordination, uploading of documents, setting up new user access and providing training for new starters.
* Produce quality documentation for customer orders.
* Produce Food Safety documentation for products.
* Coordinate the external analysis sample programme, including nutritional and allergen analysis.
* Complete customer questionnaires and queries.
* Maintain retailer technical websites.
* Coordinate Internal audit programme, including corrective action management. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with standards.
* Be part of the process in ensuring all documentation is updated as part of the change management process.
* Preparation for Sensory Panel.
Experience and Key Attributes
* Proficient in using Microsoft applications including SharePoint.
* Understanding of BRCGS and ISO Standards.
* Ideally Science GCSEs/A Levels.
* Committed to developing a high‑performance team and culture, focusing on continuous improvement.
* Auditing experience would be beneficial.
* Self‑motivated with strong organisational skills.
* Ideal candidate trains to IBD certificate level.
* Identify and implement improvements through the Carlsberg Britvic Excellence programme.
