Our client is a Facilities Management organisation and they are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor with Facilities Management Experience to join their team based in Liverpool for an initial 12 week period!
They are ideally looking for an experienced customer service advisor to work fully remote for 20 hours per week. Please see rota below.
- 8am-8pm Monday-Sunday
- 4 or 5 hour shifts on a rolling rota
The initial training is in Liverpool so ideally the successful candidate will be based near to Liverpool.
The pay rate is £16.73PH (Umbrella)
The successful candidate will have soft skills, inbound call experience, a background within maintenance and will be able to work independently from home.
