Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to placement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Source, screen, and interview supply chain professionals across multiple levels
* Develop a deep understanding of client needs and market trends
* Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process through to completion
* Consistently meet and exceed individual and team targets
About You
* Proven experience in recruitment (supply chain/logistics experience is a strong advantage)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Commercially minded with a proactive, results-driven attitude
* Able to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
* Motivated, resilient, and eager to progress in recruitment
