As a market leader committed to high-quality products and services, we seek a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Quality Engineer to oversee Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA), Production Quality, and Metrology functions, ensuring standards and continuous improvement.
Location: Commutable from Birmingham, Coventry, Henley-in-Arden, Redditch, Studley, Stratford-upon-Avon, Solihull, Tamworth, Sutton Coldfield, Atherstone, and Curdworth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage quality processes, lead teams, and drive product quality and efficiency improvements. Require strong leadership, quality assurance experience, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guide SQA and Production Quality teams, ensuring collaboration and goal alignment
* Develop and implement quality standards, work instructions, inspection plans
* Conduct weekly quality review meetings
* Drive Continuous Improvement Processes and corrective actions
* Lead 8D problem-solving for quality issues
* Present 8D reports with root cause analysis and corrective actions
* Participate in daily and monthly meetings, report KPIs
REQUIREMENTS
* Significant Senior Quality Engineering experience
* Knowledge of quality standards (8D, FMEA, Control Plans, PPAPs)
* Metrology techniques familiarity
* Strong leadership qualities
* Experience with supplier visits
* Excellent analysis and attention to detail
* Coordination skills
* Open to all manufacturing backgrounds
* Customer-facing with superb communication skills
