Location: Durrington/Hybrid
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: Circa £29,000 based on skills and experience

We are looking for a Procurement Systems Support Specialist to join our Procurement Excellence & Sustainability team, ensuring seamless procurement operations across the organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Procurement Operations: Create, update, and manage purchase orders across all spending categories.
2. System Management: Maintain the procurement contract database and ensure seamless system enablement of contracts.
3. First-Line Support: Provide process and system guidance to outsourced procurement teams and internal stakeholders.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Support colleagues across the business with procurement requests, offering guidance and constructive challenge where necessary.
5. Process & Compliance: Ensure procurement operations align with governance policies, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
6. Supplier Transactions: Support suppliers in receiving and processing purchase orders smoothly.
7. Continuous Improvement: Proactively review and enhance procurement processes and systems to optimise efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
* Procurement Knowledge – Experience with procurement processes (including P2P) and transactional procurement activities.
* Communication & Stakeholder Management – Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Problem-Solving & Adaptability – A proactive mindset with excellent analytical and organisational skills.
* Commercial Awareness – Understanding of procurement in a regulated environment and ability to assess compliance.
