Tasks:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Arrange travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Manage correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Manage LinkedIn and Marketing for CEO.
Support special projects and initiatives as directed.
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Ensure the executive is well prepared and informed for meetings and engagements.
Run errands and manage personal tasks (as required).
Organise events, meetings, and conferences.
Maintain an organized filing and office system.
Liaise with clients, staff, and external contacts on behalf of the CEO.Attributes:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to travel internationally
* Strong written and verbal communication.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
* Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a fast-paced or high-level executive environment.
