Overview
As they scale, they're looking for an exceptional Campaign Manager / Marketing Manager to lead the charge in driving visibility, footfall, and excitement around each new club opening.
Role Overview: As Campaign Manager, you will take ownership of all marketing activity surrounding new club launches. You will be responsible for creating and executing integrated launch campaigns, generating strong lead pipelines, managing local marketing assets, and coordinating soft launch events that drive buzz and brand love in each new market.
Responsibilities
Pre-Launch & Lead Generation
* Develop and deliver multi-channel pre-opening marketing campaigns for each new club
* Manage paid and organic lead generation funnels to ensure each new club has a strong pre-launch database
* Collaborate with performance marketing and local community teams to localise campaigns
Asset Creation & Local Marketing
* Brief and oversee production of local marketing materials (signage, flyers, posters, banners, merchandise etc.)
* Liaise with printers, suppliers, and local partners to ensure timely rollout of physical collateral
* Own marketing set-up and visual branding onsite for each new club
Launch & Events
* Plan and execute each club's soft launch week to drive trial, awareness and sign-ups
* Work closely with club managers and operations team to coordinate logistics, guest lists and programming
* Collaborate with influencers and community groups to amplify reach
CRM & Email Marketing
* Build and execute automated email journeys for pre-launch leads and new members
* Manage local mailing lists and work with CRM team to segment and target effectively
* Use data insights to improve open rates, CTRs and conversion across campaigns
Skills & Experience
* Proven track record of planning and delivering successful launch campaigns
* Hands-on experience with paid media buying on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
* Strong project management and organisational skills — able to juggle multiple site launches at once
* Confident working with CRM systems and email marketing tools
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management, both internally and externally
* Creative eye and attention to detail when briefing and reviewing assets
* Willingness to travel across the UK to support club launches
