We are looking for a Security Vetting Administrator to join our Buildings team located in Cambridgeshire. Please note, this role will be subject to the candidate achieving full security clearance.
You’ll:
1. Maintain and manage the Vetting process across the site assisting the site security lead.
2. Review all vetting documentation as part of the vetting process and manage the data securely and in accordance with Skanska processes and procedures.
3. Deputise when required for the site security lead and attend relevant meetings including weekly team meetings, and subcontractor prestart meetings to ensure that vetting requirements are realised as early as possible in the project.
4. Adhere to and support Health and Safety plans for security compliance particularly at sites and offices.
5. Assist the security lead in their responsibilities with regards to reporting.
6. Support the management of personal security clearances where required

7. Experience of working in a secure environment
8. Experience of working with construction companies particularly in a security role
9. Knowledge of current Vetting processes to include right to work and criminal record checks
