This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills to take the next step in their career. As Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical care of residents, managing a team of nurses and care staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
