Lecturer in Hairdressing

We are seeking an additional part‑time Lecturer in Hairdressing to join our hairdressing team. We are looking for someone with up‑to‑date commercial Hairdressing and Barbering skills, a recognised professional qualification up to Level 3, and an Assessing qualification.
Previous teaching experience, although desirable, is not essential. Passing on your knowledge and experience to future talent can be hugely rewarding and gives you the opportunity to shape the future of your industry’s workforce. Teacher training in a recognised qualification can be provided during employment.
Ideally applicants will have taught at this level previously and possess a recognised teaching qualification or be willing to study toward one.
Applicants should also have confidence and creative abilities to teach theory and practical sessions across all course levels, assess students’ work, and engage and motivate further‑education students to help them reach their full potential.
