We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially savvy Customer Success Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) focused on our enterprise-level clients, with a primary objective of driving revenue growth, retention, and expansion. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs), empowering them to drive value realisation, adoption, and expansion within our enterprise customer segment. Develop and execute strategies to maximise customer lifetime value (CLV) by increasing adoption, retention, and expansion revenue. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer organisations, including C-level executives, to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to align strategies and initiatives that drive customer success and revenue growth. Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the enterprise customer base by identifying expansion opportunities and partnering with the sales team to close deals. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction, retention rates, expansion revenue, and net revenue retention (NRR), taking proactive measures to achieve or exceed targets. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement in customer success practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience Min 3 years of experience leading enterprise level CSM teams or account managers with a proven track record of success in managing enterprise-level customers and driving revenue growth. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Deep understanding of SaaS business models, with a focus on driving commercial results through customer success initiatives. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable plans and initiatives that drive revenue growth.
