About The Role
The Senior Brand and Talent Manager plays an integral role in bridging the gap between sales and talent management, focused on delivering outstanding campaign results and sales performance while ensuring the utmost satisfaction of clients, talent, and partners. This multifaceted role requires a proactive, highly organised individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple brand campaigns, talent interactions, and sales initiatives simultaneously. You will be pivotal in campaign planning, sales strategies, execution, and building relationships to ensure high standards and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for brands and talent, managing the full life cycle of campaigns and sales processes.
* Schedule and lead meetings to ensure alignment, progress, and satisfaction of both talent and clients.
* Understand client needs, campaign objectives, and talent goals, delivering success and resolving problems proactively.
* Build strong relationships through regular communication with clients.
* Engage in strategic discussions, contributing to both campaign and sales targets.
* Compile and analyse campaign data, delivering stats and reports on performance metrics and talent effectiveness.
* Participate in strategic discussions, providing insights and recommendations to enhance future campaign outcomes.
* Expand and manage talent networks, support content strategies, and maintain strong partner collaborations.
* Oversee talent involvement in campaigns and partners in sales initiatives, providing guidance and support.
* Coordinate critical dates for events, shoots, and launches, managing logistics and ensuring all milestones are met.
* Offer on‑ground support during events, addressing talent needs for optimal performance.
* Manage schedules and diaries for talent and partners, aligning with campaign and sales objectives.
Requirements
* Proven experience in campaign management, client servicing and talent relations within a marketing, advertising, or related field.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
* Ability to work in a team and collaborate on projects; strong management skills to train new team members.
* A keen understanding of marketing strategies, digital media, and the influencer landscape.
* 3+ years of experience as a talent manager/agent.
* Ability to travel as required for shoots, meetings and events.
* Passionate about creative storytelling and content creation.
