Patient/Customer Services Coordinator
We are looking for a motivated and people focused Patient/Customer Services Coordinator to join our Curaleaf team, supporting patients who rely on medical cannabis to manage their health.
Responsibilities
* Speak with patients via phone, email, live chat, and Zendesk.
* Guide patients through their medical cannabis journey, escalating when needed.
* Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
* Use bespoke IT systems and maintain electronic health records.
* Take prescription payments over the phone.
* Handle complaints professionally and escalates for investigation.
* Make outbound calls regarding stock updates, orders, payments, deliveries or KYC issues.
* Keep product and process knowledge up to date.
* Liaise with couriers to support important or urgent deliveries.
* Support the Customer Service Manager, Supervisor, and other internal teams when needed.

Minimum Requirements
* GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
This role is based in our Curaleaf Laboratories division, a leading manufacturer and distributor of medical cannabis in the UK.
