Job Title: Senior Partnerships Manager (Premier League Club)
Location: Midlands, on-site role with some flexibility to WFH

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships Activation, you’ll oversee partner onboarding, rights delivery, activations, reporting, and renewals. You’ll work across internal teams to deliver innovative solutions and measurable value for partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow key partnerships, building strong long-term relationships.
* Lead account management processes, ensuring best-in-class service.
* Track activations, produce reports, and provide insights to stakeholders.
* Support partner events and identify new opportunities across the club.
* Collaborate internally to embed partnership activity across all touchpoints.
Essential Experience & Skills:
* Proven experience managing multiple client accounts in sponsorship, marketing, or related fields.
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
* Commercially minded with the ability to identify and deliver value.
* Experience with events, activations, or experiential campaigns.
* Highly organised, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
* Flexible to work matchdays, evenings, weekends; access to a vehicle required.
