Role overview
Full‑time or part‑time permanent role only. Office hours, Monday to Friday, with a hybrid schedule that typically involves two days per week onsite at the Swindon assessment centre. Assessments are completed via telephone, video or face‑to‑face, using secure digital systems. All appointments are pre‑booked and there is no diary management or scheduling administration.

Responsibilities
* Conduct structured clinical conversations using professional judgement
* Review medical evidence and supporting documentation

* Maintain a structured, diary‑free assessment environment with no hands‑on treatment, prescribing or manual handling
What you’ll need
* Registered as one of the following:
o Pharmacist with GPhC registration
o Paramedic with HCPC registration
o Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with NMC registration
o Physiotherapist with HCPC registration
o Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration
* A minimum of 12 months post‑registration experience
* Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
* Confidence with report writing and IT systems
* Ability to work to deadlines in a structured environment
* Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
Pay, progression and benefits
* £39,500 – £42,000 salary
* Up to £2,000 approval bonus
* Up to 10% annual bonus based on quality and performance
