You will have: • 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A C. • Experience of working with young people and families in a Secondary School setting. • Experience of providing counselling/pastoral support or careers guidance within a Secondary School setting. • The ability to maintain positive relationships with students and other adults. • The ability to work effectively and sensitively with a range of groups and individuals.
