Our flagship event takes place annually in London, with growing editions in North America, and exciting expansion plans into Asia and Europe. We operate as a fully remote team but come together onsite at events — where the energy really happens.
The Role
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team and support our growth across global markets. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll help build relationships with leading banks, fintechs, solution providers and technology vendors who want to connect with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and target prospective sponsors, exhibitors and partners across the financial services ecosystem
* Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn and calls, developing strong relationships with senior stakeholders
* Understand client objectives and tailor partnership packages to meet their business goals
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to deal close and post-event follow-up
* Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure successful event delivery and client ROI
* Attend and represent MoneyNext at our global events (UK, US, and expanding regions)
About You
* 2 - 3 years’ experience in B2B event sponsorship sales, partnerships, or business development
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
* Able and willing to travel internationally
* Experience in onsite re-booking
* Self-motivated, organised, and excited about growing with the team
