A leading technology solutions provider is seeking an Implementation and Training Technician to support client deployments, deliver training, and assist with technical project work. This is a client-facing role involving on-site visits across the UK, with occasional overnight stays.
Carry out site visits for installations, troubleshooting and client training.
Deliver software demonstrations and support sales presentations.
Provide remote and in-person training and respond to training queries.
Assist with project planning, scoping, and stakeholder communication.
Test software/systems, manage imaging processes, deploy APIs, and support cloud-hosted environments.
Contribute to security, compliance, and software release management.
Produce documentation and provide handovers to support teams.
Complete occasional out-of-hours tasks (TOIL provided) and identify upsell opportunities.
Essential Requirements
Full UK driving licence.
Experience with desktop/server OS and SQL Server.
Experience delivering training (remote and face-to-face).
Recent experience in a similar technical role.
Flexibility for UK travel and overnight stays.
Desirable Skills
Networking and hardware familiarity.
Azure experience.
App deployment knowledge.
