What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing personalised 1:1 and small-group support
- Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils
- Encouraging positive behaviour through patience, consistency, and empathy
- Supporting teachers in tailoring learning to meet individual needs
- Using de-escalation and regulation strategies to support emotional wellbeing
- Helping to foster a classroom culture where pupils feel safe, respected, and understood

- Confident, calm, and resilient when supporting challenging behaviours
- Naturally nurturing, patient, and adaptable
- Passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning
- Experienced in SEN, SEMH, or alternative provisions (advantageous but not essential)
