Overview
Are you an experienced Production Manager with a background in short-shelf-life food production? Due to internal growth, Albert Bartlett is pleased to offer this opportunity to join our Added Value team. The successful candidate will be based at our state-of-the-art Chilled Factory in Airdrie.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
1. Oversee daily operations of the Added Value production team.
2. Ensure high standards of product quality, safety, and efficiency.
3. Manage and lead a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless production flow.
5. Monitor production schedules, adjust resources as necessary, and meet production targets.
