As a Retail Supervisor, youll play a key part in helping your team grow, supporting customers, and keeping the store on track. Youll lead by example on the shop floor and step in to run things when the Store Manager is away. What youll be doing Youll be a go-to person in store -trusted, knowledgeable and ready to take the lead when needed.
