Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom. Your duties will include:
1. Delivering 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and social or emotional challenges.
2. Supporting pupils to access the curriculum by adapting and differentiating learning activities.
3. Promoting positive behaviour and helping pupils remain engaged and focused in lessons.
