What You’ll Do as Operational Project Coordinator
* Project Coordination & Planning: Define project scopes, objectives, and benefits with the Project Lead; develop and maintain robust project plans to ensure timely and successful delivery.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to drive effective ways of working, build tailored communication channels, and support project communication.
* Operational & Technical Support: Resolve operational and technical issues independently, applying sound judgment and P&C expertise to troubleshoot challenges and implement solutions.
* Documentation & Reporting: Create, maintain, and manage project documentation; track progress, monitor actions, and provide effective reporting to support project objectives.
* Risk & Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, plans, and budgets; identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues as needed to ensure project continuity.
* Administrative & Logistical Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations and reports, and facilitating team routines.
What You’ll Bring
* Strong Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and deliver high-quality administrative support.
* Effective Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and ensure deadlines are met.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint (including storytelling through presentations), and project management software (e.g., Planview, SmartSheets).
* Adaptability Under Pressure: Proven capability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Project Management Experience: Previous experience with project management methodologies and tools is desirable.
* Collaborative Mindset: Ability to build strong working relationships and contribute positively within cross‑functional teams.
