Your new roleAs a Construction Planner/Pre-Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in the planning and pre-construction phases of projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure projects arepleted on time and within budget.
2. Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
3. Design Review: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to review and refine project designs.
