What You’ll Be Doing As our Hospitality Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in enriching the lives of residents by: Help Residents to socialise within the Home, and provide a variety of drinks and snacks in line with their dietary needs Encourage Staff Members, Relatives and Friends to participate in the Home's café area Meet and greet visitors to the home and give a warm welcome in line with the company standards and expectations Restock the café area of the home, with drinks Restock the café area with snacks Help to create an atmosphere that suits individual Residents within the Home. Assist staff to provide drinks and snacks in line with the residents dietary needs during activities Maintain full and accurate records of daily activities using appropriate documentation, and assist the Named Carer to review and update Resident Care Files.
