Your New Role
Reporting to the Client Director, you'll take ownership of managing the office's workflow and ensuring timely delivery of accountancy services. You'll oversee a team of professionals, ensuring assignments are completed promptly and to a high standard, while tracking job progress, monitoring deadlines, and meeting billing and WIP targets. You'll be responsible for reviewing and preparing accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships, as well as corporation and personal tax computations and returns. You'll provide strategic financial advice including dividend and remuneration planning, and ensure compliance with all financial regulations. Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues will be key, as will supporting the development of junior team members.
What You'll Need to Succeed
You'll be ACA or ACCA qualified with at least five years' post-qualified experience in a practice environment. Your interpersonal skills will be exceptional, enabling you to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels. You'll have a proven track record in managing teams and delivering client-focused solutions, with excellent reporting skills and commercial acumen.
