Global head of Operations ( Product development, Production & Logistics)
ORVEDA is seeking its global head of product development & operations (Production, Logistics & Product Development – Global role based in London) to oversee the brand’s production, supply chain, logistics, and product development activities across Europe, North America, and Asian markets.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is central to ensuring operational excellence, production performance and successful global product launches.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production and supply chain strategy, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency and delivery.
You will work closely with internal teams, manufacturing partners and logistics providers to support Orveda’s international growth and product development roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Supply Chain
Oversee global production planning and manufacturing operations
Manage relationships with labs, TP manufacturers, and suppliers.
Ensure production timelines, quality standards and cost efficiency
Monitor inventory levels and global supply planning
Logistics & Distribution
Supervise logistics operations /warehouse operations across Europe, North America, and Asia, including China.
Manage international logistics partners and distribution flows
Ensure timely delivery to retail, wholesale and e-commerce channels
Optimise operational efficiency and supply chain performance
Product Development
Lead product development projects from concept to production
Coordinate with R&D, marketing and regulatory partners
Ensure industrialisation readiness and launch timelines
Operations & Strategy
Work closely with the CEO and founders on operational strategy
Support Orveda’s international expansion and operational scaling
Maintain strong operational execution and performance management
Profile
7+ years of experience in production, supply chain, logistics or product development
Experience in skincare, beauty, land uxury industries preferred.
Strong project management and organisational skills
Experience managing international operations and partners
Ability to work in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment
Fluent in English (French is a real plus)
