Residential Tenancy Progressor / Administrator Location: Westerham, Kent, TN16 1BT Salary: £30K – £35K per annum, DOE Permanent: Full time, Permanent (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm) Build your future with us! Are you an experienced property professional looking to join a growing, established property firm We are recruiting for a Residential Tenancy Progressor to oversee and manage all aspects of the tenancy journey, from initial marketing through to move-ins, renewals and end-of-tenancy procedures. You will play a vital role in ensuring our tenants and agents receive a smooth, efficient, and professional service throughout the tenancy cycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for tenancy administration, communication with tenants and agents, and ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. This is a key role within a small but busy office, ideal for someone looking to grow with a business and take ownership of their responsibilities. In addition to this, you will be responsible for: * Instructing letting agents and manage the tenant sourcing process when properties become available * Overseeing the preparation of tenancy agreements and related documentation * Ensuring all compliance requirements are met (EPCs, gas safety, EICRs, deposit registration, Right to Rent checks etc.) * Managing tenancy renewals, including negotiation of terms and issuing updated documents * Acting as the main point of contact for tenant enquiries during the tenancy * Building strong working relationships with tenants & agents * Maintaining accurate tenancy records and ensure all systems and documentation are up to date * Providing general administrative support within the property team In order to be successful in this role you must have: * At least 5 years' experience in tenancy administration, lettings, or property management, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive, hands-on attitude. * Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in lettings, tenancy progression, or property administration * Good working knowledge of residential lettings processes and legal compliance * Strong written and verbal communication skills * High level of organisation and time management * Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook * Full, clean UK driving licence with access to a vehicle * You should be confident communicating with tenants, agents and contractors, and be able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and efficiency. * You will be highly organised, personable and enjoy working as part of a small team in a busy and varied role.
